Items purchased from our internet site are typically dispatched within 24-72 hours of receipt of the order. In the event of out of stock items, you will be contacted by phone or email to advise the expected time frame for delivery. Items for delivery within Australia typically take 1-5 business days. Delivery to overseas locations typically take 5-15 business days.
Unfortunately we will not provide refunds for overseas customers unless the goods are clearly shown to be faulty before purchase.
Wherever reasonably possible we will provide a credit or refund for purchases made by Australian customers, however, we may refuse under certain circumstances such as (but not limited to) where we know that the goods have been damaged after purchase.

When you setup your personal Edge Account, please take note of the privacy policy above for information on how we treat the information you provide us. When making a purchase on our website using your credit card, your Edge Account simply uses your stored information (such as address and contact details) to help process your order. Any payments made take place in real time, using industry strength SSL encryption directly to the payment gateway provider. The payment gateway provider then processes the transaction securely with the banking network. Your credit card details are NOT stored on our system, and therefore protected. When an online payment is successful, we do store the transaction response with the order. This transaction response contains information about the payment transaction, including items such as the transaction result, transaction date, a unique identification number and the card type used in the transaction. The transaction response does not contain sensitive information such as the credit card number.
